Appointments

Well visits may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance.

To ensure we provide you with the most efficient care we highly recommend you call early in the day to schedule a same day sick appointment. 

For acute care, call the office to speak with triage staff, who will listen to your concerns and may schedule an appointment for you. Sometimes an appointment may not be needed, and a nurse will advise you regarding your issue, or check with the physician and call you back.



Answering Service

The physicians take emergency calls from their homes after hours.

When our office is closed overnight and you have an urgent issue that cannot wait until morning, you can CALL our main number to reach the automated answering service. Please follow the prompts to leave a message for the doctor on-call. The physician on-call will call you back and give you advice regarding your child's problem. We ask that you please limit these calls to true urgent or emergent questions. 

If you do not get a call or text back from us within 30 minutes, please call again!

You may wish to check the "Is Your Child Sick?" section of our website for helpful information before using this service. 

The patient portal should NOT be used for emergent or urgent issues! If you use the portal to email a nurse or physician a question, please know that we will make every effort to respond to your message within 48 hours.
